This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 81300 online entertainment platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 81300 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 81300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 81300 support team immediately at [email protected]. We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining their account security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 81300 platform agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes by any unauthorised means
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and where necessary, legal proceedings. 81300 reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 81300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods including bank transfers, DuitNow, and other methods listed in the deposit section of our platform.
Successful deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe specified for the payment method used. For withdrawals, users are required to use the same payment method as their deposit, unless otherwise advised by the 81300 support team.
81300 is not liable for any delays, errors, or losses arising from the failure of third-party systems, including banks or payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be raised with our support team within seven days of the transaction date.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and current. 81300 will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete bank account information submitted by the user.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
81300 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Regarding account suspension and closure, 81300 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a user violation, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and our assessment.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned once all verifications are completed.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, brand names, graphic designs, and materials on the 81300 platform are the exclusive property of 81300 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from 81300.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for the convenience of our users. 81300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
81300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
